My wife ordered boots from tkboots back in april, and as of now, they still dont have my size, 11.5. So I went over to FISD and they say that jodhpur or chelsea boots are acceptable. Both those styles of boots, and the pics on tkboots shows a line of thread from the webbing down to the soul of the boot. I thought I read somewhere that that wasn't acceptable. Is there a definitive rule somewhere that states exactly what the boots should look like, besides being white? Thanks

How would you undo the E6000? Just use a heat gun? Tray4251 from my local garrison made it, ABS ANH kit, so it's a bit more ridged, being my first build I didn't want to accidently break something. Where are you putting the padding? I would guess the thighs, since they look freaking huge.

I'm 6'4'', 175 lbs...tall but not exactly bulky. Since I've only been working on my bucket, and getting my peripherals, I haven't started on the any of the body pieces. Anyone have suggestions or insights, or things I should be wary of? My job ends in two weeks, so I'm planning on putting a lot of time into my build. Thanks.

Looking through a few build and have seen people using magnets. Could someone explain this to me?

My hope is to someday make SWAT. For the inside of my bucket, I was going to install the liner of what you would see on a construction hard hat, with the adjustable strap, ect. I know in the movies they used foam, but I had this hat lying around, so it's free for me. Would that keep me from being in SWAT since it's not movie accurate, or what goes on on the inside not matter? Thanks!

As I am starting my first build, I would find in invaluable to see what other have done, to limit my mistakes.
