    Paitbrush?

Art that weathering is sweet!!!...I like it more dirty then what people tend to do...I know on screen is one thing...but lets be honest...a lot of what was used seemed to be done on set...poop happens...electrical tape etc... I tend to go more for what was 'intended'...
  2. ...LoL...somehow I think JB will end up with pull #1 ...at any rate a quick tidbit...we started to use the Laser Cutter to etch our logos into our new guns...the DC-15 S was our first test...we will be doing the same on these as well...hopefully I can get a good pic up tonight of what it looks like on the DC-15 S...
  3. Thanks everyone Sorry everyone...at the moment, there are no immediate plans to release bits and pieces...for what its worth I have seen the saddle drum on eBay every now and then (real and cast versions)...
  4. As per what JB teased you guys about on the Pouch Thread here are some pics of the MG-15 as it stands...this project will move very quickly...pics of all 3 scope molds will follow shortly... Our immediate plans are to do a short run of perhaps 10...we still have a few loose projects that we need to complete... And we would like to extend our thanks to Marcello of our G2 crew for the MG15 and saddle drum...and also to Art for providing us with the proper scopes to be used Hope you guys enjoy the progress pics
  5. ...very true...for most events having a costume that is close will suffice...just have fun ...I think some people have lost that part of costuming and forget that it is suppose to be fun...not who has what...or super screen accurate that...those achievements definitely should be applauded for the effort that it takes...and never used to look down on your fellow trooper... ...the only time you may find super strict standards are with LFL gigs... ...again as Mike said "have fun"
  6. ...dude that is totally awesome
  7. ...nothing...JB make a sweet template and we cut it out from thick styrene...bend the edges down and paint them to match the pauldron colors...just looks more like armor...the same ones we used with our Imperial Commando costumes...totally non-canon but fun
  8. ...I was under the assumption that Orange Meant 'Squad Leader'... ...and it does seem odd to have 2 within the same group of troopers as often pictured in the ref pics... ...LoL...I actually prefer the Grey Pauldron with our added hard pauldron attachment
  9. Since you are obviously clueless about our build and simply upset that we did not bend over backwards for you on this item...here is the build thread...with what we went thru to make them and also various costs...not to mention in this exact thread that I am responding to, it is regarding our same item being recasted... http://forum.mepd.net/index.php?showtopic=...l=electrobinocs You should stop your crying about the costs for props, and get your facts straight... I see that you are looking into Rolf's pauldrons...Hopefully you are not badgering him regarding the costs of his extremely accurate pauldrons... Those of us that make props place a great deal of effort into our items to hopefully bring the best available to you, the Fans...some items make more, other items you might break even, and even worst case scenario is that you need to scratch the project for a total loss...at least with Sci-Fire, we take a great deal of what we bring in to constantly turn energy into new projects and or Charities...your actions are just pathetic...
  10. ...I think it looks good...honestly IMHO great job =)
  11. ...that is awesome dude... ...I am sure you will make one sweet EPII clone... Laters Lewis
  12. ...got mine yesterday!!!! ...thanks dude!!!!...much better ...will get some pics going but for now SciFireLand has been taken over clonetroopers
  13. CA Glue...you can get it at Hobby stores...it has the liquid part and the spray kicker...try to avoid using too much kicker...it can make the glue become brital...
  14. ...glad you guys made it out safe and had a memorable experience...kind of like what Mike said about the dangers that exist there... ...great pics
  15. ...we didnt troop together but I was able to chase you down as you were leaving LegoLand to introduce myself ...great TD btw...heres to having another SoCal Officer
  16. ...and I think the trooper holding the DLT-19 upside down is in need of one of your pauldrons
  17. Rolf is correct...you will need the one with the 4th pocket for your shoudler... And since these are cloth is Leather Sheen needed???...just curious since I have 2 sets in hand...
  18. ...it is just something that I was able to do...hopefully it will help you eventually become deployed
  19. ...LoL...nah your stuff is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy beyond what I have been able to do... ...maybe we should start a Chain of Sandtrooper stores???...what do you think???...sponsored by Coke
  20. ...thank you everyone... ...Guns your is up next on the to do list...just waiting for the seed trays ...I am always up for making packs but the cost is sometimes a deterent for people... ...I opted to do this one for Diana since she was in need of a smaller pack...with some luck I found smaller seed trays and was able to manipulate the scout frame to fit the smaller trays...make the exhaust tube shorter in height...retained the normal MDK pack parts which I feel are more slim in design then real world parts...hehehe...was able to actually use the jello cups Thanks again everyone Lewis
