Agree with Jay and Beren also, take away the black airbrushing add texture with acrylics and a sponge. With your light sand base coat the texture will give your TD a far better look

I've personally inducted him into the TD way and have suggested him some changes to make his TD for MEPD Standards, but at the end it's your call dearest Mike

Yeah add some shoulder foam under the suit. If it helps I did 2 things to my pack: 1. Changed the shoulder straps for some that make the pack lift higher which works wonders. 2. Added an invisible polyester bar at the bottom to prevent it sinking into my lower back. Will take pics and post them here.
