This may somewhat off-topic, but here goes. I'm in the market for a Dremel for some mods to my armor among some other things. I'm needing sanding/polishing and drilling functions but not sure which speeds would be best. Which model would you recommend?

A little off topic but is that a pug in the background of yesterday's pic? I'm going to try this weathing method with my helmet. Right now I've only been using the one color paint method.

I'm getting ready to start weathering my pauldrons and pouches. What is the diameter of the circle on the orange pauldron? I think it was speculated to be sticker residue of some kind on the original.

It's too clean!

I got the split rivets from trooperbay a few days ago. How do I go about installing them? Do I need to drill pilot holes for them first? What kind of tool do I need? Sorry for the dumb questions. My armour was put together when I got it, so I have no experience with this.
