I contacted Andrea at RS using the email address listed above and they still have the shirts. She sent me a Paypal invoice to order it and all my emails were returned promptly.
Hey everyone,
I used Liquitex acrylic on my TK boots and think they're too dirty in comparison to my armor. I should have used a wash instead of straight paint on the boots. Anyway I'm needing suggestions on how to lessen the amount of paint on the boots.
I'm also looking for suggestions on weathering pauldrons and pouches. I've used the single color acrylic paint technique with my armor and like the look so far.
Thanks.
That's right. For SWAT status the weapon, pauldron color backpack and type of pouches have to match a specific sandtrooper in ANH. Police officer status allows you to use any combination of pouches, backpack, etc that you want.
Hello Jonny, welcome to the dirty side! Glad you're considering joining the MEPD.
Check out this link for some basic information.

Getting armour from someone getting out of the TD game may be the way to go if you're limited on time for assembling the armour. Also keep in mind that TDs require addtional kit like pouches and a pauldron. A backpack is optional unless you want to get deployed. There are several MEPD members in the UK that might be willing to help you out in whatever areas you might need.
Post #43 of this thread brings up some of the same points, Nick. It's definitely a pack/pauldron combo not included in Rolf/Panda's descriptions. I'd like to know what kind of pouch that is on his left hip.
