Are you saying that FISD EIBs with an FX are to be grandfathered in, or are you saying that any base TK with an FX is grandfathered in indefinitely? It was my understanding the all EIBs with an FX lost their EIB status.

Those shirts look great Eddie! The only thing that I think it has to have added is some text somewhere that mentions that the MEPD is a Detachment of the 501st Legion. Chuck will have to correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that it is required with all legion merch. Any shirt also needs to be cleared through him.
