  1. Looking good, Rolf! Makes me want to get back and do another build! I totally understand how hard it can be sometimes, and wish you and Sylvester the best. I know you'll make it to the other side, just as I know you are the best armor-smith the MEPD's got. Best wishes from here, Bro!
  2. Congratulations Eric! You've got a great looking kit, and the modified pack really looks the part. So, without further adieu, you are Officially Deployed as an Officer of the Mos Eisley Police Department! Click HERE!
  3. Congratulations John! You are now Officially Deployed as an Officer of the Mos Eisley Police Department! You're armor looks killer, and I'm loving your weathering. What method did you use? Oh, and CLICK HERE!
  4. Happy Birthday Mike! I hope that you have a great one!
  5. Problem solved. No clue how I did that yesterday.
  6. Congratulations once again, Mike! You now have a photo on your profile, too! Click Here!
  7. Um... now I feel really stupid... I didn't realize that I was viewing a cached page and not the current one. I now see your ammo box cover. You sir, are now Officially Deployed! Unfortunately, I don't have a template for the new photo layout, but I've emailed Noel and should have your photo up by tonight. Congratulations, Mike!
  8. Looking very good, Mike! It looks like the only fix-it that you have is your DLT-19's ammo box cover, and then you are good to go!
  9. Looking very good! It looks like the only thing stopping you is your ammo box on the left of your DLT-19. Awesome work on your TD, Mike! You really look the part!
  10. Looking very good Eric! It looks like, in my absence, everyone has given you very sound advice. Your whole suit looks great, but as other's have pointed out the MEPD CRL is ever evolving and, by today's standards, your radio face plate has a few fix-its. If you need any help with reference photos, or anything at all, don't hesitate to contact me. ePS: I recognize your gloves, and they are perfect, no need for photos of your rubber gloves.
  11. Another thing to think about with the hero lids is that it was actually a different face plate mould when they were pulled. That mould had the extra tooth filled in, so for true screen accuracy, you might want to think about filling in the extra tooth on each side. This would also require you to repaint the faceplate if not the whole helmet, so I don't know if you want to actually take it that far, but just food for thought. Oh, and if you're going to go filling things in, you'd also want to fill in the dimple in the ear where the second screw would go, but then you might as well try and find ear pieces with three bumps instead of four. I'd say that helmet is looking killer though! I'd love to see pictures of my old AP as you have it now, too!
  12. Looking very good Jason! My only suggestion would be to bring the ends of the frown to a point. Take a look at some of the frowns on the helmets over at starwarshelmets.com to get an idea of what I mean.
  13. That's our XO, T Guns, and I think the image dates back to SW CIII. I'm sure he can explain the idea behind it better than I could, so I'll let him take it from here...
  14. I know we've all seen them all, but someone else needs to post up some funny youtube SW vids. Shoot they don't even need to be funny, anyone seen any good Fan Films lately?
  15. Looking great! I'm loving the less is more approach.
  16. Quit fraternizing with the enemy and blast that ewok!
  17. I love your details! The hand painting looks great! I would suggest using electrical tape next time, as it gives a great seal against the helmet so the paint doesn't seep under it. I've never had a problem with it..
  18. That's awesome Rob! Have you been asked to shoot more?
  19. That was great! Will there be more?
  20. The way that I read it, it doesn't specify that you must have a pouch on your shoulder. It simply states "worn at the hips or left shoulder." Variation number nine is packless, though. We will always require a pack for Deployment, I don't think that there will be any budging on that one. I think that if you were to submit a good looking TD without a shoulder pouch, it's up to my discretion.
