Guns I had my pack on earlier in the day, you can just make it out as Im standing to Old Sarge's left. My shoulder pouch is attatched to the pack straps and thats why I did not have it (pouch) on for the group shots, had to ditch the pack due to technical difficulties. I need to rig the pouch seperately and fix my pack. Oh well... first time out with it, I'll get it right. I bought the pint. Never miss the chance to get in good with the DL.

Hey guys, Chris here (the middle troop in the group shots). The Sandies definitely ruled the day at Farpoint. Mike & Seth - great to finally meet you guys. It was also a real honor to spend some time with "Old Sarge Oberon". He is more of a celeb to me than the TV actors there. I cornered him for a good while. Cant wait to troop and toss a few more back with this crew soon. Very proud of our guys in Tyranus for having 4 TDs there (5 if you count Mark in the posterboard armor, haha). Way to represent fellas!

Hi Gang, One of the 'lurking' Moisture Farm Patrol members here. I just wanted to reiterate that our group does not want to detract in any way from the MEPD. I also want to be PART OF IT. I'm basically reiterating Luke's position but I did not want there to be any doubt as to our intentions. My thought is... as the MEPD grows, it would seem the formation of patrols, squads, platoons, whatever you want to call them would be a GOOD thing. I understand if you dont think thats necessary in a detatchment... but the detatchment is nationwide/worldwide in fact! We should all be very proud of that. I think it would also be great to have recognition for active groups of friends/localities within the MEPD. Im just happy to have a chance here to voice opinions and listen to suggestions, etc. Lets talk about it and see if we can make this happen. I have been a TD for only a short time so have not had much to add to this thread yet, but I am truly greatful to be a part of it. I'm a much better Sandie thanks to the MEPD. Luke and Ward have also helped me immensely, they are good guys.
