Here's how I rigged mine up with canvas over elastic, elastic not shown. The holes are where snaps go.

Before my photoshoot today I took my top mounted canvas off and put some under my armor but over the black elastic straps that hold my front and back together. Works well. I'll look into finding some elastic next time I'm out.

Sense the was empire defeated what have you guys been up to? I took a daytime job as a trash man. (Picture taken during my 501st acceptance shoot, hopefully my suits up to par.)

Having not see one that close before, I actually have my straps over my armor as apposed to under them, I'll have to fix that.

So I'm thinking of redoing mine, can some one that thinks they have a good setup take some pics and show theirs? Most people have them covered up by pouches and paulderons so I've not been able to get a good look at one, and mine feels subpar.

I noticed C3PO has a silver right shin & foot. How have I never noticed this before?!

So I recently got a pair of binders and was wondering if any one has an example of how they should be stored on the belt, I can't find any info.

Two piece Underarmor, I have a ribbed neck piece that covers the tops logo and i pull the top down on the sides to cover what little you can see of the lower logo (which is not much with thighs being shaped how they are.) I would recommend for any one looking to get their undersuit to not get underarmor brand, however; it's expensive and gets holes very easy (especially if you use Velcro, stuff sticks right to it and starts ripping it up) there are some great offbrand thermals for a fraction of the price.

AP armor is screen accurate size, really durable, it feels comfortable to me. It's not the easiest to put together, though it's not to bad... The pieces do not match up and either need to be held whilst gluing or heated and molded to fit. (I used the former) I enjoy mine.

go to whitearmor.net (First Imperial Stormtrooper Detachment) and go to the forums, sales area and look up smitty's thread. He makes killer lenses (flat, concave, bubble) out of shade 4 welders goggles (You can see out, they can't see in, not even with a flash) I'd link, but you need to be registered and logged in to the forum (you can use your MEPD info to reigster quickly like you can on all 501st boards, just go to register first) before you can see sales area.

Man... Can't wait until we get more Troopers in Tulsa, I want to go out and do stuff with people. I have to go out and have friends in normal clothes come with me for stuff right now and I feel like I'm really missing the whole experience.
