Hi all, So i recieved my canvas pouches from IMG yesterday and after looking at Braks website wasnt too happy so i thought id try and make them more authentic as they are the replica ones. I started off by removing the tool pouch (pretty easy) and then dying the dark green canvas with the tandy usmc leather dye ( i tested on the spare pouch first ...it came out pretty good and after it dries it doesnt rub off ...sweet! see pics I then cut of a strap off the spare pouch and made the hooking system using a belt hole cutter and scissors to cut where the main pouch loops into, the strap is fastened on to the tool pouch by the means of a safety pin(dont know what you call them here in North America and there you have it what do you think??? by the way the tool pouch can be moved to any pocket just ;like the real ones!!! Hope you like them!

got the last of my parts yesterday, and i think im there all i need now is the sb boxes and mh parts to arrive and im good to go , im so flippin excited about this project i just had to take some pics!!! also what are you guys thoughts on using the existing back pack harness but dying it black....also my back packs have 2 curvy bars is this the same as your guys(i was amazed at how light they were!!!)??? And just a side note for new guys wanting parts it took me only about 7 days to aquire these parts most of which are were in the u.s and im in canada so it can be done realitivly quickly! cheers H.

the measurements you gave for the cutting of the pitcher are based on the 4 inch pitcher lid though right??? As you mentioned in another topic....i have the usual 5 inch version so its probably just a touch different

you could use snaps and a strap, snap it to the lower inside of the belt.
