  3. No offense meant to those who choose to wear TB stuff, but that is probably my least favorite SW armor. You will NEVER see me in TB armor.TD all the way!
  4. Hey, Great news! Good will always prevail and you won in the end.Good for you, Rolf, all that bad stuff is yesterdays news and in the rear view mirror getting smaller and smaller....and smaller...
  5. Its sad that something like this even needs consideration. You buy something-you pay for it or vice versa.I have heard some horror stories (on this site as well) from friends, Merch Officers, you name it. We jump headfirst into this hobby of ours for sheer love of suiting up and making a difference-not to rip people off or leave guys holding the bill on Merchandise that people grab and don't pay for. JEEZ!!!!!
  6. There has to be something! I carry my Lewis in a medium ski bag-works great! I would think a athletic Duffle bag would work. I carry my armor in a rolling motocross bag and when I use my E-11 it fits in the bag with the armor. I wrap my gun in a towel for protection.
  7. I have heard from a few peeps on the inside that the true "Evil Empire" is not very nice to work with. It must be all about winning...you know the PEDs,championships, etc. This might shock you but I "used" to be a Yankee fan. They way they do things....its just not Baseball to me.
  8. That morning I will never forget. I was on vacation because I usually take vacation when my kids go back to school (today is my last day of a two week run.) The day started off strange as I was returning home from a 2nd night job I had at the time when a man in a van lost control and almost hit me head on-he missed me and hit a telephone pole on the other side of the road.He was OK and I continued home to get my Daughter off to Kindergarten and my son off to preschool. After my Daughter went to school I got back home and my wife called to tell me a plane crashed into the WTC. I watched in shock. I called work and told my Boss I was ready to come in and help in case we got survivors because I work in a Trauma Center Operating Room. They sadly never called. I still watch the coverage, the stories of the families, children left behind and still wonder Why? In all the senseless tragedy heroes do emerge..Our Courageous Troops, The Rescue Workers, The Leaders in NYC, President Bush , so many to name. I will never forget that day.
  9. On Friday, September 9th I did some promo videos for the Mets with pitcher RA Dickey and some of my ECG brothers (Vader Eric,Tusken Patrick and HWT Christian)
  10. I am trooping the NY Mets one here on Tuesday the 13th.Looking forward to it and going today for a promo shoot for it.
  11. Uh....Hello, Plax shot himself in the leg! Besides all the fines, missed meetings ,etc. He did catch the winning TD in Supe 42 but someone had to throw it to him. Plax is on the right team now cause he is playing on the Future (every year!!!)Super Bowl (?) Champs according to Coach Ryan (little Buddy) or at least another AFC champ game spot.If talking won trophies.......
  12. We did fine with this thing, was out of power for about 36 hours-all good now.
  13. Happy Birthday Rolf! All the best to you and your boy-you deserve it after all that baloney you went through with the ex. See ya man, Dave Go Wolfman!!
  14. You Betcha,Dirty. One man whom I am proud to call Garrison and MEPD Deployed Brother-Mr. John Hopper AKA Quartermaster. As I am sure many of my other MEPD Brothers can say that he is always willing to help someone out with advice or one of his wonderful backpacks.I attended a Troop today (that unfortunately John could not attend due to work) that a year ago at the same troop was the first time I met John face to face. We had something in common and we had chatted on the Garrison boards and I could tell he was a good guy.He is also a Great Dad (his son AJ has armor that John bought and put together for him) and I know from seeing his posts and knowing the kind of guy he is he would always be one of the first guys in line to help out someone in need.It is also nice after a late day at work to come home and see a PM titled "Whats Up?" or "Checking in" from Quartermaster. I know he is going to say he doesn't deserve this because thats John. Thank you for your time, Dave
  15. Looks Great, real nice work with the Cushman-I like the strap color!
  16. Aahhh, a peek behind the curtain of a Genius! Very Nice!
  17. I bought a Mets cap at Lids a few weeks ago and had 'em stitch my TD # on the side and it looks pretty cool.
  18. Topic says it all. Happy Day to my Bro,Quarter! You would have a real hard time finding a nicer guy/pack builder/whatever than him. Have a good day,Brother! see you Saturday when we rock the Cradle of Aviation!
