RIGHT! i´m still no deployed as i am waiting for some accurate backpack parts, but i´m completly with seth! while i don´t think that a backpack is a requirement for a sandtrooper i accept that it´s up to the detachment leaders to make this a neccesary item to be deployed. you know how many sandtroopers don´t wear a backpack in the 501st, including me right now. but IMO a "real" sandtrooper should at least have a backpack even if he will not wear it on patrouling the city.... you want to serve the empire? you need to be prepared for every situation! you wanne be the only without a backpack the day the and come and visit this territory? NOOOOOO!

i believe the box to be the left container on the picture. it measures 9 inches long,5 1/2 inches wide and it is a little over 2 1/2 inches deep... what do ya think...

SECOND THAT COMPLETLY! i´ve done lot´s of research over the last year and Paul is absolutly right. exspecially with this "grap what you can" theory. After all i know only the hero-suits of mark hamill (and maybe the hero-suit of harrison ford) had parts that were only used for them... as for the moulds, i don´t know if the secret of the original moulds will ever be cleared, but i also believe that there had been at least two different/similiar moulds with minor flaws on one mould like the mouth/vocoder area...

mike, both suits are absolutly awesome! your TD-suit is one of the best and most accurate suits i´ve ever seen and i´ve seen a lot of them...
