  9. hey guys ! hope you are all well i have recently been given the job of weathering Boydeys scratch built MG-15 for him .i have used the same Humbrol Enamel metallics and black paints that iv'e used on all the blasters iv'e weathered from day 1 ...this was a first for me, doing an MG-15,as all i have previously worked on were E-11's,DLT-19's and T-21's ,so this was a real pleasure to do this project for Boydey ! Iwanted to get an old "pitted metal " look to this gun,and also add a few bits of rust here and there too! here are some pics guys Uploaded with ImageShack.us

  13. Thank you bro ...it's been my passion since i did my SWAT a couple of years back !....to get the look as near to how Anthony told me John Mollo did it ,and the techniques used ,ithe ntensity of the colour of these guys ( Mollo used oil ,dirt.and brown boot polish ! ) on set in Tunisia ,back in '76 - including the gaffa tape and the many "bodge jobs" that were done by the props guys to hold these costumes together for the shoots on-set back then !....its had a few weathering jobs on it now,but i always look at my work and see scope to improve it more...... it'll probably be re-done again in the next 12 months - if it lasts me that long ! lol ....i love the whole look of the '76 Sandie !
  14. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY BROTHER :salute: :salute:
