Thanks Ray.
Today i weathering the suit, it went well.
But took a LLlllloonngg time, but i´m happy for the way it turn out.
Heres a picture from today.
I will try to take it on tomorrow, and shoot some out door pictures of the beast .
I used the woodland weathering set.
I all way´s start whit the lightest colours, to the darkest.
Heres a shot in the progress, i later add darker brown, mud, grey, dark grey/black.
I put in on whit a foam brush, to there is no more white left.
The darkest colours, in all the corners.
The parts dry quick, i then take the first made piece and start on it.
I have some cut up t-shirts, and a bowl of water.
When i add the wet cloth, all the wood look like stripes fade away and turn smooth.
Some of the areas, there comes small openings into the white.
I then take a dry cloth, and gently go over it.
Then small details comes up, looks like land scape´s or something...
Cheers
Sahweet..hmmm..
Funny that you start of with the light and then gradually work your way up with the darker colours bro'..
Because when you look at the tutorial at look sir droids, they start of with the dark 1st.. Anyway, when the endresult is the same or even better, and I know it will look killa, stick with what works best
