Very interesting....I do need a better pack....

I'm looking into it. I will have to see if I can get the time off and a room.

I know the cost is based on #'s, but I can't commit till I know the cost...it's a vicious catch-22, but the way it is. I'd like a set, since I'm making a new pack, but again, I need to know the $$ involved. Even a ball-park for where the cost is now is better than nothing.

Thats what I used too, the car door trim. Got it at Wally Mart.

I've got an AP and I'm really happy with it. The hand painting of chin pieced sucked a bit, and I really didnt like the green lens sheet that came with it, but overall it was a breeze to assemble and trim. And I believe I used a different trim for the neck too. But those are just personal preferences.

Any idea what the final $$ is gonna be?

Well, not sure how much faith you place in merchandise, but Gentle Giant's mini busts are labeled by rank per pauldron color. The black pauldron is called a sandtrooper corporal. The white is the sandtrooper sergeant. The orange the sandtrooper squad leader. Same with the Kotobukyia statues.

Well not to be the one to throw the monkey wrench, but I use a hard hat liner in my authenticprops. It's worked ok so far...my nose is nearly up against the front though.

Well, as I'm the one that started it all, I'll fess up first. I just wanted to change to SandtrooperScout, what I go by everywhere else. I wasnt intending to make it a big deal. If it's easier to start over and re-register, I can do that.

This may seem like a weird request, but can we (I) see a pic of it from the back? I know most of us use plastic containers of different shapes and forms for our boxes, but I've always wondered with the packs with the off set containers, do people try to cover the gaps or just leave them open? Thanks!
