It's nice to see another pack version other than # 3 pop up. As for details on past SWAT Officers, the Filter pack is a rare submission and the bar gets raised as each SWAT Officer is activated. Future applicants (as current SWAT Hopeful HeloTrooper can attest) will be looked at even closer. For future reference, if you're going to submit this same pack for SWAT later and although the cistern is mounted accurately, you're going to have to adjust the filter itself , get a screen accurate dial decal, remove the bottom tray tape detail and close the gap on the seed trays...for starters that is.
