runJEDIrun Posted April 19, 2006 Share Posted April 19, 2006 i first spray painted the whole thing matte black. then lightly dusted it with some tan spray paint texturized then i put some tempra on it kinda wet so it dripped (i assumed the pack would cause condensation) and when it dried it had a neat drippy effect. then i used hairspray and fullers earth on it which i think really sets it off. a backpack would really start to collect sand in all sorts of grooves and niches.
