FYI, some hairsprays will wash off with water. I lightly spray my weathered items with "Matte Finish" spray... it's very durable and won't wash off with water. Gives it that "sandblasted" look too. Lol

I used Burnt Umber,,, and I've found that you can always lighten it up with a touch of slate grey, if needed.

I stiil have my original "tall" blue Snaggletooth figure from when I was a kid. It came with an exclusive Sears "Cantina" playset that included 4 figures, etc. It was only available from the Sears Christmas catalog, 1977.

Next time, try spraying it with some Krylon Matte Finish... must easier and it dries very quickly!

I recently trooped an outdoor concert with Star Garrison/ NTX Squad at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens put on by the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra. The show was called "Star Wars and Beyond" (they performed music from Star Wars and other Sci-Fi and action movies) with a lazer light show and fireworks. My son joined us in his new Tusken Raider costume that we just finished making (he's outgrown his Jawa costume). The 95 degree heat made it very interesting too! lol
