I have used a half-round weatherstripping applied to the same diameter bottle used for the canisters. It turns out pretty nice, but I'm clueless to what it really was. I'd really like to nail down those side details, they look a lot like battery holders.

I had used real sand on my first armor. It worked okay, applied with hairspray. The finer dust was best, much like fullers.

You did a great job! I wish my first bucket turned out as nice.

Pics please! (It gets compared to the most accurate TK helmet out there, sweet!) No one kill me, look in your emails in a few hours for a super-duper surprise. I did have a few that were "final prototypes" that I had. The people that are winding up with them are pretty random, so no hard feelings. Good news is that after a long wait this is happening for real.

The guy in Malaysia (can't remember his name) has the actual cabinet tracks, very nice. If you have no luck with him blas-tech will be the next best thing.

Darn weak Dollar. In the mid-nineties I would buy a lot of CD's from the UK, and I remember when it was only about $1.25-1.50 to the GBP.
