Marcus Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 My Sci-Fire MG34 does not have, how I would describe, the reloading handle on the right side. Does anybody make these like in aluminum I could add to mine? Quote
Prophet Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 An easy and cheap fix is to use a small "maglight" style flashlight. There black and they have the right machined grip look to them. Cut off the top with a pipe cutter. Mount the flashlight base, were the batteries go in flush to the gun. Youre going to want the base counter sunk into the gun and glued in with E-6000. Then just screw the flashlight body minus the guts and bulb assembly. I hope that helps! Quote

Marcus Posted November 30, 2009 Author Posted November 30, 2009 Great idea! Is there a certain length that sticks out? Or just a hand grip width? OD of the flash light tube? Quote
Skodatrooper Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Mine is a footpeg off a Suzuki Bandit, free of charge from the maker, it was a 'second' Quote
Prophet Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Great idea! Is there a certain length that sticks out? Or just a hand grip width? OD of the flash light tube? Honestly, I just eyeballed it. The flashlight was 3/4 inch OD Quote
Ciscotiger Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 What's up Marcus, My DLT-19 was cast from an actual MG34. The length of the "charging handle" is 2 1/4 inches Quote
