Silly topic (post Valentines Day)

I though some of you might be as equally obsessed about what we do to appreciate and/or laugh at this. So yesterday was Valentines Day. I went down to the lady friend's place, had dinner, etc. After a little oolala, what have you, I'm laying there relaxing in the buff and what do I start thinking about? Can I finish my Sandtrooper back pack before this Saturday... how to scratch-make certain parts, time frame to get it assembled, weathered, etc. I even stop myself for a moment and think to myself, "why am I thinking about this NOW!?" a few minutes go by... back to thinking about making replica props.

Too funny, but you're not alone. It doesn't matter how appropriate or inappropriate the timing, it will come to mind. The other night I had woken up in the middle of the night, and sitting there, half-asleep, realised I was thinking about the stuff I still had to finish on my new kit. I became aware of being awake while thinking about it! I wasn't even fully concious! I might as well be dreaming about this crap.

dreams... yeap, had that too.

I had a dream last weekend about the upcoming Farpoint. Except Farpoint was being held in the casinos of Las Vegas. I was trying to suit up, so I could go out and have a good time, but I was frustrated because I couldn't get my wallet in one of my ammo pouches, or couldn't store my wallet in place to be convenient... and then after I started to walk around and enjoy myself, I forgot I left my helmet back in the room, then I got lost and couldn't find my room!

"That's it sandboy go sleep with your armor!!!"

What? I get that every night!

Guns

ePS: Even on my birthday getting "a little sugar" ain't no guarantee! On my last birthday all I got was a lousy TE helmet with bumps and nicks all over it!
