pandatrooper Posted February 4, 2011 Share Posted February 4, 2011 I custom made my own which is slightly smaller than Trooper1's, and much smaller than the shoulderpauldrons.com ones. I am 5 foot 8 and only 145 lbs, so I felt the other pauldrons were too big for me. I still have the template if you need one, but I am booked for commissions until early March. pandatrooper Posted February 4, 2011 Share Posted February 4, 2011 Thanks Pat. I had a shoulderpauldrons one and tried to take it apart, but they used so much glue and the foam is very hard. Too hard to sew with a home sewing machine. I cut it up to dissect it and ended up tossing it as it wasnt much good for anything after I was done with it. I ended up sewing my own from scratch.
