The advice from the guys in the link above helped me so much, if you are new ( as me) to building follow this and you will not go far wrong.I know this helmet I am showing is not peoples favourtes, I asked for it completely untrimmed, but I got it as a Xmas present and I like it. Although still not perfect or as I would like, I could have done worse with the ears if it had not been for the tips given on that link, and any errors were certainly my own. The point of bringing the ears forward was one of the biggest helps. I think I speant 4 hrs + on the ears alone with all manner of files etc ;-) Truth be known I have my untouched TM full , and I am so scared to even touch it, as that is my perfect display piece, I am learning on things i feel comfortable with, and I also like.
