woodman
I am pretty far along with the build now so I thought I would post some pics. The frame is a vintage Boy Scout frame and the trays, twinkie, dome, det panel and curved cistern riser are Crashmann. I used tupperware pudding cups, pitcher lid and hamburger stackers and Wet ones cans also. The motar tube is thin walled PVC pipe and the caps are scratch made sheet styrene. The pudding cups are a bit smaller than the real ones but I had several so I used them anyway. I did some mods to the frame by cutting out an 1 1/2" from the bottom outer rail and of course the side bends and relocated the top rail to the very top. The straps are from one of my kids old backpacks. I am working on a sratchbuilt radio faceplate so I just laid the parts out to take the pic. woodman
Thanks boss, the blue isnt as "loud" in person and when I weather it the tone will calm down a bit. I have the antenna box and pipe in the works right now and the lab pipe is already on the other side.

Quartermaster
Looks great Woody! Love the scratch built Radio Faceplate. Is that a clear radio dial cover I see! Good luck with the build. Looking forward to seeing it finished.
