so did some research on what tpye of armor kit to get i thinking on the TE2 kit. it looks like it get good reviews all around. now im stuck on how to build the kit. im brand new to all this so i want to know all i can before i start to put ittogether.ive found some info on assembly but nothing to much indept. any links to some how to topics will be cool. illkeep an eye out for more info buy any help will be nice

There's lot of info on MEPD and FISD, you just need to do a search or browse through the various build threads.

Here's some links from FISD for TK armor. You just need to know what the differences are between TK and TD are, and make those changes during your build (sniper plate, shoulder straps, ab button detail, side button detail, helmet vents omitted, etc.)

I recently finished building an AP kit and I used the following Flikr album for alot of my reference. I'm not familiar with TE2 armor, but maybe there are some helpful tips in there for you. It had plenty for me and alot of great pictures.
