The WoodChuck
Woodchuck here. I finally finished my vac table and two-stage vac pump system. The RED handle dumps the 11 gallon storage tank. The BLACK handle is a 2-way valve that controls the output of the vac pump. The quick-disconnect couplers allow me to remove the pump for service. I put everything on a two-wheeled cart so it is portable. I used 1 inch PVC for the lines going to the forming table, and 1/2 inch PVC for the lines going to the storage tank. My forming table is BIG (24" X 36") but this two stage system pulled a piece of .125 HIPS tight to a mold that was higher then 12 inches in one second flat, once I dumped the tank. Anyone interested in using this set-up, PM me.

pandatrooper
Woodchuck, it looks horrible. You need to just pack it up, and send it to me in Canada so that it can be properly disassembled... then reassembled in my garage!!! That is awesome!! One day I'd like to build one for myself, but it won't be close to this level. I've already build a simple shop vac / oven one, but I have the parts for a proper one. Even still, this table you have is fantastic! An inspiration for sure!
ARAKYEL
Well done! Looks like the new design of the backpack. Are these plastic tubes can withstand the pressure?.
bountyone
I am also curious about the PVC piping holding pressure. I was going to use copper pipe for mine.
