Daetrin
Pix here: http://www.getdropbox.com/gallery/102565/0...drons/?h=ddf934 Seth's are much thicker. They're very nice, but I think Rolfs are a little easier to wear. Will find out my next troop!
Rolf
Thanks for showing the pictures bro . There is a major difference, between seth pauldron and mine. Both in size and shape, but also in thickness like you say. If you make it too thick, it turns too stiff and will not fit the armor good. In away that standard one, looks more accurate in the size/shape then the seth pauldron. Here you see another picture, of the standard one vs. seth one. Here is a list over, what i don´t think looks accurate on the seth pauldron. 1. The size and shape looks wrong too me, its too round in the end and chest curve. And also up the the neck area left/right, it have to go more pointy in then it do. 2. The black sewing lines, are either too small or too big. The first 3 of them too small, the last 2 to big in space/wide. 3. Also the black areas, whit the sewing lines L/R. Goes too long down, to the velcro strap area. 3. Its white down under, only one sergeant i ANH have that. So i would have made it in black. 4. The two white sewing lines, in the white rank area are too close to each other on the top and down. 5. The snaps in the neck, are too far from each other. 6. The metal dots are too big vs. the ones we see in ANH. 7. The pauldron is made too thick, so it don´t lay good on the armor. Here is a few more pictures of mine. Here the real 70´Thorsten Hallman chest projector i used as a ref, for making them. Cheers . Rolf.
