Tyranneix
I did a search for the new MG-15 designation and didn't find this subject listed yet.. and I know it's been on the Alabama Garrison's website, so here it is!!! Well it appears that one of our favorite sandtrooper rifles, the MG-15, has finally been given a proper star wars weapon designation. According to the new DK Star Wars Blueprints: The Ultimate Collection which the wifes mom bought for me as a late birthday present, the MG-15 is now known as the Blastech RT-97C. The blueprints show a partial weapon cutaway of the rifle and the description says the following: "A heavy Imperial blaster rifle, the RT-97C features three separate scopes and an extra long galvenning barrel for a finer alignment of the energy beam projectile that greatly increases firing range. Although cumbersome compared with the Blastech E-11, it is the preferred weapon of Imperial Sandtroopers" They sheet also gives the following information about the E-11 and the RT-97C E-11 * Length: 49.2cm (19.4 inches), Range: 300m (328yds), Capacity: 500 shots of gas, 100 shots from power cells RT-97C * Length: 108 (42.5 inches), Range: 1500m (1640yds), Capacity: 1500 shots of gas, 500 shots from power cells Also on the sheet is Han Solo's DL-44 Blaster, Anakin's Lightsaber and the Thermal Detonator! He did show a few pictures here on mepd, some time back. He say, that he might do a few after he have done some other work. But i don´t know when... It will be nice to see more MG-15 makers, out there on the marked. http://www.ima-usa.com/index.php/cPath/14_...8f3cae5879d9d36 Cheers
