Got back from registering the kids and went right to work!!!

Here is the exhaust tubing prior to painting.

You will notice the top white tube is much larger than the 3/4" coupler. After I cut it, I checked more of the reference pis here and realized it was way too short. I used a piece of 1" PVC, and cut it to match. I think it looks much better. I also added the zip tie for the "band" effect on the top.

After that I filled the side tubes with some of the Great Stuff for Windows. In looking at pics, I really thought this mirrored what the side tubes looked like the best. Others may disagree, and I am cool with that.

After that, I placed the exhaust tube in the housing, and glued it on. I did realize that I had too long a tube, and had to cut an inch off the bottom. Not a big deal, but it certainly pays to check the reference photos!!!

Now, finally paint:

I think it turned out really well. Thanks again Seth for a great box, and thanks to Mike for the great directions for the box and triangles on the housing. Now I just need to let the sun dry the paint, mount the part to the top box, add the screws and shoot another coat of pain over it so the screws are black.

Stay tuned, more to come soon!!!
