theGreatSot
Just wanted to see what you guys think about my first weathering attempt on the new TM armor. I've already washed the breast plate off once and the ab plate three times. I think that I'm finally happy with it, but would love some criticism as it still looks kinda weird to me. Also, I'm not quite done with the belt yet. Haven't added the fullers earth to it.

SethB6025
Try some light dabbing with a barely damp towel, it will tone down the speckle effect. Are you wearing this to Shoreleave?

Thanks for the tip Seth. I'll post some pics when I have the chance to do some more work on the weathering. And yes I will be wearing this to Shoreleave. Rolf
First i do like you, get the stuff all over. I start whit the light sand, then end up whit the darkest one. I dab every time. Then i take some hot wather, and some toliet paper. The paper gets wet (e.g let it be there a while to dry up), and you can then make some nice details before you give it the hair spray. freakengine
I agree that the only prob I see is the speckled effect. Get that sorted out and you're there!
theGreatSot
Awesome. Thanks for the advice guys. I'll give it a go in the next few days. I'm swamped with work and summer classes.
