TD-4510
Is it me or is your left calf tight and hard to fit too? I swear my right calf is fitting fine but the left is not. I know they are the same molds and for me at least, they seem to be for the right calf only. My calf barely fit in these anyway, but the left is super tight and its bending the wrong way. Has anyone addressed this with their AP kits, and how did you handle it?

TD-4510
Thanks, that is kind of what I am talking about. But I guess I was wondering if anyone had actually tried to reshape the left calf to curve more to the shape of the inside of thier leg. The only other solution I can think of is to remove the .75 inch strip I assembled the two halves with and go wider. Say .875 or 1 inch. ctrooper
i had the same problem. my fix was to re-adjust my weather stripping ( from home depot )inside the calf. fixed the problem.

Either that or you could make an increased width on the back with a strip.
