Turtle Posted November 7, 2013 Share Posted November 7, 2013 Well I have been collecting parts for a little while now and I finally am getting some bigger pieces in. After all the small stuff, pouches, boots, pauldron, E-11 etc. I decided to try and tackle the helmet. This is a MTK. I forgot to shoot photos of the build, but I am still playing with the weathering so it could still change a little. I hand painted everything on it, except the tube strips which I used a stencil. And my buddy wanted his photo taken. LOL Right now all the weathering is just hairspray and fullers earth, I so I can take away or add pretty easily. It looks much dirtier in person, so I will try to get some more "accurate" photos soon. I am going for the move along trooper, so if I missed something please let me know. Thanks guys! I don't have it in me to crack the helmet in the lower section, but maybe I can get away with just some fancy paint work. I will give it a try.
