    It sounds like the audio is sorted, but to answer this point - You could easily set up a loop on a cheap ipod shuffle or similar mp3 player and play it through an aker amp stuffed inside the head. I use something similar for a completely different costume and it works a treat.

    All RS propmasters buckets come with the foam star. It's all I've ever known and works fine for me.
