Level 2 means, to be a little bit more screan accurate, than the basic troopers. Change this two little things and a new police officer will patrol the dunes of Tatooine. What can you do during the troop break? Right - build helmets. After resarching some pictures, i decided to build the "Cantina Sergeant". You can see him in several shots in the film, unfortunately never really exactly.
