Comments:
Point 1:
It's about the gap on the side. According to the CRL for Level 2, it cannot be larger than 1/2 inch:
- Armor side gaps are closed or nearly closed:
- No more than 1/2 inch (12,7 mm) gap on either side
- This is done by adding a shim (or shims) of a similar type and colour of material as the Abdomen and back Armor
- Shims fit flush, ideally they will be seamless to the Abdomen and/or Back Armor, resulting in a single seam between the two rather than extra seams where the shims are joined.
Maybe you can tighten the belt a little for the photos. A little tip: if you don't lift your arms up when taking photos, but slightly forward, then the gap won't open up as much.
Point 2:
Your pouches. You have the correct ones pictured, but the wrong ones are hanging on the costume. The right pouches should be appropriate, especially for action pictures.
Please say no again. Please make sure that the sticker on the shoulder bell is not visible in the action picture. According to the CRL, stickers are not allowed (I know the background at the UKG when it comes to stickers, but please note)Backpack

OK Nick, these are small but quickly fixable points that still need to be changed. Everything else fits. Level 2 is all about being as close as possible to the film model, so you have to pay attention to even the smallest details.
I am convinced that you will fix this as quickly as possible and submit the new pictures (from the front and side and the action picture with the other pouches and the closed gap - which has certainly just slipped) then nothing will stand in the way of Level 2.Best Regards, Bigwam

OK Heather, a start has been made.
A few pictures need to be submitted and a few little things need to be revised. Nothing bad but at level 2 we want to be closer to the film than a level 1 trooper.
Here you can check again whether everything has been taken into account and all the images that were needed are thereIf you are unclear, please feel free to ask.
Small comment outside of the request: I would make the return edge - especially on the back parts - a little smaller. They may chafe you when you wear them. Also round off sharp corners a little.Best Regards,
Bigwam

Great finds

I measured 14 cm from the edge/cup.

I can measure it for you after work

In pack #3 the bottom bottle is actually slightly larger in diameter. If you can't find any, you can also use two of the same ones.

done, welcome

The diameter of the ice cream cups is too small. The plunger cups are 120 mm.

Hello Heather,
About the photos, they are great.
Regarding SWAT approval: That wouldn't be enough. If you want to achieve SWAT status, then you want to recreate or emulate a trooper 1:1. In your case the “Move along Trooper”.
1:1 means: the armor should be built based on the film model. Here we go into more detail: how far the cover stripes protrude, how big are the return edges, how far the chest overlaps the abdomen, etc. ...
The helmet goes further: the eye cutout must be identical, the position of the brow and ears (and also the screws), painting, chips, and weathering must be identical.
The pauldron should be identical to the trooper's seat. The weapon in the film would be a Bapty-E11. A completely different model than the normal E11. The backpack would also have to be completely redesigned in order to recreate the exact fit of the components.
It's a lot of work that you should keep in mind before building any armor.
Here's Hausi's SWAT application, so you can compare how complex it is and what requirements have to be met. The original trooper - here also the move along - is always compared with pictures.
