    FYI, I cleared out all of my cookies, etc. today and I'm still getting the same error.

    Looking good so far. Three things I see so far. 1. You'll need to update your profile 2. You'll need closer shots of your buckets so they can see the tube stripes, lenses, traps, etc. 3. You'll need a close up shot of your neck seal. Good luck.

    I'll say yes and no. Yes in the sense that the CRL requires it for approval. So you'll need it for a few minutes to take your submission pictures. No in the sense that most here say if you are not wearing a pack, then don't wear it on the shoulder until you can attach it to your pack. I always wore mine to troops before I had a pack because I felt it better completed the look. Once you get approved, you can really do what you want.
