  1. Thanks Bob., My GML says one more pass... he knows i want to go for SWAT. Here is the arms along with another pass on the thighs. I have about 5 hours in on the calfs, thighs and arms.... Going to lighten the thighs up a bit with a scotch brite pad tomorrow.
  2. Somehow, i feel like this armor still needs more... The pictures do wash out the colors a bit, but for some reason , i feel it needs a bit more weathering, especially to get to SWAT level. Any Thoughts? Thanks.
  3. Yeah man, get that thing filthy... Lol. As much as I love ESB, I love TD's more....
  4. Looks good. Leaving just a bit of the flashed edge really does the trick.
  5. Of course, goodness gracious sorry about that... I will submit tonight. Kinda thought I had to go through here first.
  6. Ok, so here we have the pouches with a start on the weathering, not much but its a start. Kicked them around in the sand for a minute. More will come when i apply for SWAT. Also included here are the pictures of strapping, shoulder strapping , left side rivets and ab snap. Let me know if you need anything else, thank you for your time.
  7. The Cistern is the thing in the middle with the three lines on the fat part. The tube on the side is what Rick was referring too. That should be 29.5 inches. Good luck, looks good.
  8. Duly noted, thanks John... Got my Icomm, now waiting on my EAS... Bucket is going to be radical...
  9. Thank You Sir, I will get pictures before the week end and update the thread. Awesome. Feels good Being so close. My weathering just has a base coat, and i will be updating to match a specific Cantina Sergeant for SWAT application. Thank You again for your time.
  10. Contact Gordon, he is on here, just send him a PM. There should be a sale thread for that item also In the for sale section. Good luck...
  11. TM has a killer product doesn't he? My lid went together very smoothly , a bit faster than I thought it would. Just take your time, and trim a bit at a time, check and trim some more. Man, that is a good feeling...
  12. Wow nice turnout Rico, good looking Garrison... Stay sandy brother...
  13. Nice work. Try a scotch bright pad, it may knock back those really dark areas, and give you some nice texture. Oh, and show us the results too please...good luck brother...
  14. Looks good, I would knock back the darker " spots" as well. Again what teqniques did you use? Acrylic, oil based, or other ?
  15. Look at the fifth photo from the bottom of your last post with pictures. See the cistern laying on the pack? Notice how the top piece has a slight angle laying towards the radio. I believe you want that parallel with the trays, allowing the cistern to just hang naturally, and actually having the skinny side sit off of the pack a bit, but , hopefully Rick, or someone will chime in and verify for sure. Really coming along nicely.
  16. Oh, right on, well I'm glad I never installed it... Thank you for clarifying Gordon.
  17. It happened at Docking Bay 94...

  18. I have mesh, also installing a Environmental Audio System from Skyminer and getting the Icomm hopefully this week. Oh, an one of Echos top notch fan system laser etched with yours truly's user name... My lid should be nice. My helmet kit from RS was defective and I am waiting on the parts to make my helmet sweet...
  19. I have a couple of his stands, the are very attractive.
  20. I was sad to see the shotgun shell theory debunked, I would like to add real shells to my pack. Fired cartridges ( empty shells ) to be clear.
  21. Walt, currently there is only a base coating of weathering, I do plan on weathering more as I get closer to SWAT. Don't worry, she's gettin dirty....
