  1. Chaps Please can you check if these pics will be ok for 501st clearance? I have submitted a thread but been awaiting an ID - been about a week or so, before I can proceed. As I purchased Nick's armour I have made minor adjustments but had to swap the shoulder bells over for the pics to hide the UKG decal, which was the advice, rather than remove However, I have left the 'black tape' on the shoulder bell that Nick had on for SWAT. Is this a no-no for clearance? Ta guys http://s1300.photobu...mo1973/library/

  6. Gents. Are there any rules on sound loops being played. I know I am not yet deployed but whilst i am preparing to receive my kit etc i am researching. Only reason i ask is that i am quite adept at audio editing and sound recording/looping and want to make my own. Clearly 'in character'loops with chatter and sound effects but are there issues using sound board samples from the star wars website for example..... thanks. Comments appreciated.
  7. I am sure most of you guys have seen this but I wanted to share this early concept art of the Cantina, featuring a very WW2 looking 'trooper - the helmet is very Germanic. An interesting image, don't you think. I like the accompanying text "unless the blaster fire is particularly loud or a brawl gets out of hand, in seedy establishments such as this cantina most customers barely notice a disturbance"... This is probably pre sand trooper- and is that a giant Hedwig the owl from Harry Potter??? "How long have you had this Owl?"......!!! Art by Ralph McQuarrie from the Illustrated Star Wars Universe
