Justus, I made the T21 myself using Pandatroopers tutorial.
-
Vince, I am going to use Pandatroopers weathering tutorial.
-
Vince, it is an eFX that has been modified to police officer requirements. It is acceptable for police officer but not SWAT. I confirmed this with the bosses before I modified it.

Thanks Brad, I will try the Velcro & washing liquid. No neck seal yet, my mother is a dress maker & has promised by the end of the month!!!

Hi Guys, Well after 12 months of reading, researching, ordering & constructing, I finally got to put on the whole outfit for the first time & for a first timmer I am pretty happy with the outcome so far. Couple of things though, how do you all stop the fog issue in your helmets because I can't see S*%# after a minute & also the pauldron is trying to choke me !!. I havent put the clips on the armor for the belt yet so i didn't put on the ammo pouches as they were pulling the belt down. The helmet is an eFX which has be modified to Police officer requirements & the armor is the NE armor (same as the ones I put up in the NE thread) Dutchy started. The pack was built by John "Quatermaster" Hopper. Anyway hope you like it so far & I welcome any advice. Thanks Andrew. P.S. Sorry it is so clean the weathering is next!!!!!!!!!

Guys, I did not mould or sculpt this suit, only purchased an NE kit. the photos were only for you to look at regarding the recast issue. Andrew.

Hi Ruggero, I have only just learned how to fly photobucket & create links, so sorry I haven't taken a lot of photos of the build process.

To be honest Marcus, I have been using the photos of Rolfs RS suit as a guide for my build.

Hi Guys, Here are some photos of my T21 build. I used Pandatroopers thred & it has taken around 75 hours to build. I am going to fit it with one of Anthony Baileys sound & light setups when funds permit, (Armor to finish first). I do plan to eventually build all 3 of the BFG's aswell as an E-11. Hope you like it. Guys, Here are some more photos of the NE arms & Bells.

OK Guys, Here are some photos of the NE Armor & my progress so far as promised. Since the photos were taken i have fixed the butt plate to sit right & i was only holding the chest & back in place. I have also completed the arms. the thighs are still the original AM ones, but yes the rest dose look like RS. I will be going for approval with a different helmet to the one that came with the kit. Andrew.

Hi walt, I have seen the issues on the FISD with the ears, & it looks like they are trying to get to much of the ear under the helmet. if you look at other helmets the ears are pulled backwards from the bottom & don't go completley underneath. I have an eFX i am going to use for (Police officer) only & will weigh up what to do come swat time.

I have nearly completed building my TD from one of these NE kits. I am well aware of what everyone has been saying about them & at the time of my order they were still AM. I will have some photos up soon so you can all judge for yourself. At the end of the day all i want to do is get out there have some fun & go trooping! I ordered AM origionally for it's size & although i have had to add some shims to the sides, it still fits someone with a larger frame quite well. Andrew. P.S. not all of us can afford TM or RS Armor.

Hi Chris, I am nearly finished & am just about ready to "Get Dirty". it is a fairly straight forward build but the forearms are a bit of a nightmare to get right. good luck with the build.

Congratulations Simon, After all the effort you have put in, your deployment is well worth it. Great job !!! Andrew. -
Hi Fergus, I am in the middle of building an NE kit which is .090ABS & haven't had any issues. I have been scoring & snapping the edges rather than use the dremel which takes a bit longer, but you end up with a nicer edge. It is quite glossy but I will be covering it in dirt. Andrew.

Hi Chris, I have just finished putting the legs & arms together on the new NE kit & am busy doing the body at the moment. the forearms are a bit of a bugger but do work out fine if you measure 10 times & cut once. i am 6ft and around 220pounds & have cut a fair bit out of the legs & arms & they fit perfect, i will however have to put some small shims between the kidney & ab plate as the mid life spread just won't budge!!!!!. NE was the old AM and was designed for larger troops originally. it is still slightly bigger but is now a more accurate armor. Thanks Andrew.
