  1. How does one make the barrel piping? Arg sprinkler piping & brass tubbing

  5. Bog the diameter reducing cuff on the barrel to give that seamless look
  6. So here an up date or two on what progress I've made on my T21 The follow are pic of the dry fix of the T21 just to give you an Idea of what it will look like.
  7. Refining the detail around the breech & sub frame area
  8. Wells drilled to take the copper pipe caps that will emulate the original Lewis gun cleaning pull through compartment. Dry fit view of the copper fitting in the one of the wells.
  9. Breech detail that is a little more complete. The styrene has been drimeled to form to the shape of the breech frame of the blaster
  10. Adding the detail for the breech area of the blaster. Using modelling styrene. I also used bog to fill gaps & to form the profile from stock to breech.
  11. These ring are made as the spacers between the main & end barrels. They are cut from PVC coupling pipe connectors. They are placed over each other unit they will fill the gap difference between both barrels. To lighten the forward weight of the blaster I've shorten the pipe and have marked out the parts you won't see and will cut out slits to even lighten it more. You can see one of the internal spacer rings in this pic.
  12. This a rubber drain reducing link which will be fitted inside the end of the exit end of the barrel.
  13. So what has been done recently These are the outer ring that are seen on the main barrel & the smaller ring is for the barrel end. The blue painters tape is how I manage to keep the sizing right & equal
  14. what I have done recently on the T21 this is the detail to the magazine port.

Rough fit of the cartridge plate to the breach of the weapon Parts of the T-21 cartridge plate, Stock & Breach 90mm PVC pipe for the thick/mid section of the barrel & PVC 65mm for the end section of the barrel. this with the previous items as mention prvious but also with 90 mm ag Pipe which forms the ribbing over the mid section of the barrel A dry fit to give you an idea how it will look in length another aspect of the dry fit.
  16. Here is where I've cut 32mm PVC pipe to form up the breach of the Lewis Looking at it on the other side The stock this Ply glued on to the pine Then shaped with various files still a bit to go

  18. So as you can see I've done the down load of the templates, cut out the 3 different layers of ply to form up the cartage plate these have been glued just need to be filled and sanded different views
  19. Well I thought I'd show you my work on my T-21 you never can have enough ag pipe this for the ribbing on the barrel The plug are used to replicate gun cleaning kit compartment on the original Lewis guns

So now that you have seen how it was put together this is what a little weathering can do note that there has been some additions since the last lot of pic's How to make gun shot shells PVC tubing, 10 cent pieces, Glue, paint imaginations. Dusty & dirty A view over the radio set with basic writing Now I've added some other components ie wire over the shot gun shells & the plate from the Thermal detonator Note the extra detail on the tuner finder face The only thing left is locate a tuberware lid for the radar dish & add on pack straps
