Should not be over difficult to make. Appears like it is nylon. I would add eyelets as to not rip the nylon where the cordage goes through.

I did the same thing as John. Some people make an entire piece of ABS to close off the back but that was more work than necessary.

No it will dwarf the rest of the parts. Basically what happened is the old packs (including what RS still provides) was based off an incorrect part so everything was scaled from that. With the discovery of the Karrimor frame and photos of a real Sonix radio, everything had to be enlarged compared to what was currently being used. There are plenty of vendors on our forums that can help get you to snuff. I can't quite afford woodman's radio but another option is Sandie Comms which is pretty accurate and is a good price point for those of us on a budget.

Ha, yeah I get you. A lot of my troops are weapons free so a Dewback prod or binos are great accessories.

I would rather see them direct an HBO SW series instead of films. At one point before Disney purchased SW rights, there were talks about an HBO show too.

The biggest things for me were cutting the tops of the thighs down some. A Little Short For A Trooper is perfect since it has cut guides for Anovos armor already. Just don't take everything for face value and size everything several times before making cuts.

Well the binos were added on the SE version so to be 100% canon, you need SE sandtrooper armor too I've ALMOST convinced the wife to let me buy a 3D printer so I'll print one if I get it.

Still don't see the popcorn bucket helmet as a viable option for SWAT on the CRL.

You don't really mod the helmet to do so but check out the electronic section here. Get some 5v low profile fans off ebay or amazon and wire them to switches and into a usb cable. Get a decent Mah rated 5v usb power supply and you're good to go. You can always buy from a vendor too, no shame in that but it's not that difficult to make. I have 2 fans on left front & rear and same on the right. The rear fans point down and act as an exhaust.
