Grand Moff Niko

Hi there. I have a set of trooper armour. I’ve had it for a while. It was a TK. I deicided to make it a TD. It comes as shown in the pics. Ab plate has been modified.( Still need to paint the buttons.) I have the Sniper Knee plate ( not attached yet ) and ANH TK hand plates. Would this suit get 501st approval as a TD once finished? I’m going to sell it and I don’t want someone to get the disappointed. Thanx , Niko.

If you had never made something before and someone wanted you to make it – wouldn’t you want all the info you could get? I’ve been watching ANH for the last 29 years. It wasn’t until I wanted to do a Sandy that I found out about AB plates ect. This maker used to love Star Wars. No longer.

Hi there Guys. I know this is a basic question – but I need to know EVERYTHING that separates a ANH Stormtrooper Helmet from a Sandtrooper. I have done a search and can’t find a straight answer. I need clear information. I will be passing on this info to a Helmet maker. He makes Stormtrooper helmets but hasn’t made a Sandtrooper. Side by side pics would be great. Thanx , Niko.

Will Hairspray yellow over time? Who here used this technique? I would love to know the durability of this technique. How long it last’s? Years?

I had the same problem in Australia. Do what I did. Send a email with a photo of an ‘stow and go’ to everyone you know! I started with my family. I sent one to my Brother , sister and mother. In one day I had two! Good luck. Niko.
