  1. Hmmm looks good but I would suggest closing the gap between the chest and back and the shoulder bells. Like the weathering!!!
  2. I would suggest getting pics with you in the armor. Fitment is a vital aspect to see
  3. The Dune Sea Garrison was planning a private screening for our tenth anniversary. No tickets sold, and I believe it was a private theater. Lucas said no and ruined our plans. I have never seen any of the original trilogy on the big screen.
  4. My guess is he was not stationed on the death star
  5. I have the radio shack box, and need a face plate to fit it. Who sells one that is accurate and at a good price?
  6. Not the thigh pieces, but the shin and arm pieces.
  7. Ahh, I found the answer to my question. But to clarify, the arm and legs pieces do not have a side specific for AP correct? Meaning the left leg is the same as the right leg.
  8. Of the bottom of the front of their shin armor? I am particularly interested in AP shins and I am needing to see how the "ridge" that goes down the front looks. Thanks in advance.
  9. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Having difficulty finding one.
  10. Niicccceeee. I have a liking for more pouches
  11. Ah, I guess I am doing cantina version. I scratch built a T21 though lol. I guess I need to get to work on the MG34
  12. That is what I am wanting. So what could I do with the extra pouch? lol
  13. http://cgi.ebay.com/German-MP-40-Magazine-Pouch-Set-WWII-Green-/300546608402?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item45f9f94d12 I think I only need the one one the left for the shoulder right? The hip pouches are made from leather on the captain I think.
  14. Ah sorry, I misread your post. I am into too much of a hurry to try to get everything done by Friday. I greatly appreciate your advice!
  15. Any way to get that look with acrylic paints?
  16. I am just about done with everything and I wanted to ask some advice from you guys before I do the full weathering. Do you guys wet sand ABS armor to take the shine out and rough it up? Also, how can I get the more grey weathering look as opposed to a more yellowish shade? Something similar to TD1536. Thanks!
  17. Ok, I came up with a couple questions to ask you, 1. What did you use for paint? 2. What did you use to create that almost seamless appearance between pieces? It looks as if your gun was truly stamped!
  18. Man.... I am having to get going fast on this stuff for the Phoenix Comicon coming up. You got this down pretty quick. Gives me hope that I can as well. Looks fantastic!!!
  19. Today I got the templates done for my future T-21 build. I thought I would offer some help for cropping the template. These instructions are for Microsoft Word. I believe it is pretty accurate in size to Panda's. What I had to do was save his image to documents, open with Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Crop the sections I wanted, leaving a bit of overlap between cropped sections. Zoom in to 149%. Copy image, paste on Microsoft word and print it out. You will probably have to take off the margins on your word document. You can do this through the page layout tab. If anyone needs me to, send me your email address and I can send you the files. Thanks Pandatrooper!
  20. Alright, I've got some epoxy. I will give it a try in a bit.I figure I will leave a little bit of tape overlapping underneath the panel. That way I can somewhat prevent any from getting where it shouldn't be. Good idea or no?
  21. What have you guys used to attach it?
  22. Wire screen works well I think. You can get it in black. I pretty much cut a long rectangle, folded it a few times and stuffed it down one side of the tube, then hot glued it in place.
  23. Any updates on this or the T-21 yet?
  24. I am kind of looking into scratch building a cistern for the pack. I am not seeing any tutorials on how to do it. Anyone have any ideas or can point me to a tutorial? Also, how much are the kits offered by members here and can anyone please provide measurements of lengths and width in detail of the part? Thanks in advance!
