There's a couple differnt groups that are doing stuff on you tube. There is a "COPS" parody called "TROOPS", which is surprisingly enough the MEPD (but not this MEPD), which is how I actually found this site. And some of the same people that did that are also working on "IMPS, The Relentless". You can BING or YouTube either of those. The stuff isn't cannon, however it is what I would call a logical conclusion. In the "clone" films, the clones were pretty interactive and individuals (for clones that is), in the original films, the stormtroopers are portrayed as pretty one dimensional and mindless. I just can't see anyone holding together an empire like that.

I went through the same search and found that there are a ton of options. I ended up going with a scuba chaffe guard (which is a single piece unitard looking thing). The color is great, it's breathable, and the price with shipping was reasonable. Pretty much any decent dive shop (online or not) will have them. Mine is a "Dive Pro" but there are several other brands. Hope this helps a bit.

I was @ Boarders, and there is a book out called "Star Wars, the complete saga" (or some such title), and it ties the movies (the first three and the "other ones"), cartoons, comics, novels, games, and everything together. It also gives complete time lines on the lives of various personalities (finally found out who Mara Jade is). I guess it is worth the money if you really want to be up to speed with the latest.

Has anyone ever looked at the post war ammo leather pouch for the yugo 24/47 mauser? It's a double, but the construction is very similar to the spanish (R-7 mauser) ammo pouch (Small spanish). You can find them on e-bay all the time and they are fairly cheap. Just wondering.

So your using elastic rather than canvas?

I got 501st approval using an unmodified french pouch, but I'm not sure if it's MEPD Deployment approved.
