  2. I have to put mine on like the helmet. Put my foot in sideways, grab the straps and pull up while twisting.

  4. Looks excellent! I'm sure te was cranking these things out and didn't have time to test fit every one. I'm gonna have to clean up the ears on the one I have as well.

  6. On strapping, use the nylon webbing for strength and the elastic where you want some give. When I first attached my bicep pieces to the shoulder bells, I used nylon. They would pop off just about everytime I suited up because there was no play there when I moved my arms. I switched to elastic and they have held ever since. I only used nylon for the shoulder connectors, connecting the bells to the shoulder connectors, the sides of the ab plate and the thighs.

  13. I would do styrene to get the sharpest pulls. Or would people want it ABS like the originals? Are you going to cast the mic tips as well? Please tell us you are doing green bubble lenses!
