Bluey's link to Rolf's SWAT-thread might be ideal for you to check details on during your whole conversion process, as you both have a 1 mm TM-armour. And if you're going for a specific trooper later on, maybe these will suit you, as you have a DLT-19 blaster and an orange pauldron? We are lookoing forward to more progress pics

Not all TD's had a high brow so you really don't need to do it. It just looks more laidback and cool imo Or you can do it a bit more modest than the road block captain who had the highest brow. I used a scalpel when I trimmed mine, and some fine sandpaper to even out the edge. Take a little at a time until you like what you see.

Now trim that brow and get a new avatar so you won't be taken for a rebel scum!

As for the humbrol color, I think you may find the info here

The kneeplate looks fine! As for the final trimming on the buttons, I generally go for a fine grade sandpaper for the final adjustments, making the edges smooth!
