  1. its inevitable and we all knew it wouldn't last long. RS cant have something that nice and not have someone want a piece of it. Its happened to every armor maker or prop collector that ever offered anything. People even steal decals!! Still a bummer though. Like I have said before, if you dont want to have your stuff recasted, then don't ever offer it up for sale. Unfortunately, greed overwhelms common sense in most and they want to make money off their prop or creation..and..then eventually everyone else does too. There is no way to stop it and no fail safe way to really deter anyone from it.

  2. If you follow the directions attached to the envelope that the hand guards come in you will have no problems. Here are the directions:

How to attach flexible hand guards to latex gloves

Clean the backs of the hand guards and the glove surface with rubbing alcohol and a cloth towel. Then, sand the backs of the hand guards with 60 grit sand paper so that there is a rough surface for the glue to bond to. Apply "Zap a Gap" super glue or equivalant to the backs of the hand guards and press them onto the rubber gloves. Let the gloves cure for at least 30 minutes. They will then be on the gloves permanently.

  3. These are meant to be vacuum formed but there have been many problems. As you may know vacuum forming is not consistent and there is slight variation from form to form. They have been working with a commercial vacuum former and hope to offer a product that is very accurate. That being said... The biker scout helmet that they did ended up being fiberglass because vacuum forming wasn't consistent and assembly was too difficult. So we shall see......

  4. Casey,

How do you have HBO go without cable? I looked into this and you have to subscribe to some kind of TV cable provider and HBO to get HBO go. I was pretty excited until I saw that. I have ordered the ROKU LT and I cant wait to get it hooked up. Do you have Uverse TV and internet with a subscription to HBO? Thats so silly to me to have to have a subscription to cable and HBO to get HBO go. Whats the use? Looks like the Roku will have alot of other stuff but I was looking forward to Game of Thrones!

a few minutes later: I just went to AT &T's Uverse site and for some reason its saying that I cannot get Uverse in my area... ****... How do I get HBO without cable?

  5. Announcement:Trooperbay will be in pause mode from September 29th to October 4th. Although the site will appear operational, orders will not be able to be placed. The site will be ready for orders again on October 4th, but we will not have internet access or be able to answer emails until October 10th as we will be in transit.

If you have an order pending now, we will ship out as much as we can today and tomorrow (September 28th and 29th).

Thanks for your patronage and understanding :) VADERS FIST!

  6. OK I need some technical help.. I currently have basic cable and internet. I want to cut the cable and increase my internet speed to max. I am using netflix and hulu through our wii. BUT here is where I get confused. I want to be able to watch face off through hulu on my TV, but its internet only....SO how do I get the internet on my TV. Or in other words can I port my PC wirelessly to my TV somehow? Or is there a web tv like set up that will let me port the internet into the TV? I tried watching hulu on the web browser of my wii and it doesnt work for some reason... I would also like to watch pinks all out through hulu on my TV but it ALSO is internet only. There is so much stuff available on hulu that is only available on your PC through the internet.

Is there anyone on MEPD as cheap as me? I want to get as much cable on my TV without .....cable :) Its overpriced and most of it sucks, but I dont wanna miss the few shows I DO like. Can anyone help???
