i did a test fitting and it was hard to move do you guys trime the armor to fit better?

Thanks guys As for the pack I am just getting into building my td kit I have already spent my sons college fund so I cant start spending my retirement to buy a pack

I currently dont have a back pack but how do people wear the shoulder pouch with out a back pack?

I bought some m40 german ammo pouches and they are green canvas what is the best way to dye them black and weather them

I am trying to put in my lenses and they wont stay glued due to the curve any help with how to do this would be great. Thanks to TD 2557 for the lenses btw I might need to make another order I think the glue messed up one of the lenses and dont know how to clean them.

How long and wide should the shoulder straps?

I am a larger man and i have a gap between my bacl plates and ab plate what ie the best way to close it?

I am puting together my aromr and all the tutorials I can find online shows the back piece as one big piece mine came in two pieces te butt piece and lower back. What is the best way how to put this together? thanks in advace for any help
