I am wondering how many would be interested in a step by step 'how to' in how I made my pouches including a print out of the patterns I use. I am just unable to really make these right now. I have very few options for working on the pouches right now and non of them are any good. I still have some leather left so my thought is to document a step by step instruction manual and post it on the forums for free. I am even willing to post the item number for the parts I get from the leather store for those who would need to order such items, or I can sell smaller quantities of my current stock. If you think you would be interested, post below. It will take me a few days to get the patterns digitized and a few days to document making the pouch once I see the interest.

yea, I knew it was 1 piece. the roadblock pouch is made the same way. I was just trying to get a better understanding of the stitching. sometimes on my roadblock pouches, you can see the stitches on the inside where as on these pouches, you don't - or at least I can't from the pics. thanks for the pics.

cool, got all those pics saved. what I could really use would be inside shots and any shots of the stitching, as close up and clear as possible. trying to see how the pouch folds around and is stitched to itself.

hey, Juan, are thos pics of a small pouch? just making sure.
what size strapping do you guys want on the pouches? I will order a roll of it and see what I can do about getting the D links for it. It would be pretty easy to add it in the creation stage. Guessing it needs some velcro or can you guys handle that yourself if I just add the strapping?

awesome, thanks for those pics. I will have to study them and make a pattern for them (after I get caught up on my list). I am willing to make any size spanish pouch as long as I have the measurements for them.
I noticed that these have a little bit of nylon/cotton strap material, is this common on all of these type of pouches or is that something you added? also, is the metal D ring (or whatever type of ring it is) common or an addon? thanks for the pic!!

Hey all, since there is a lack of sources for the Spanish pouches, I am considering trying to make these but I need some pics with good measurements. If anyone has one and wouldn't mind taking a ton of pics with a ruler next to it so I can get the measurements, that would be great. I know I am already behind on the pouches I make now so these wouldn't start until I have my current project list cleared.
When taking the pics, Make sure to get all the dimensions of each side and the loops and straps. You can PM me for an email address for the pics or just add them to this thread. Thanks, Z

As of right now, I am going to close the project run so I can try to get caught up on the plethera of pouch requests. Have no fear, I should open it back up once I have caught up.

nice collection. I would be interested in getting measurements of those spanish pouches sometime if they are used by the troopers.

Just an update, the pouches are coming slowly as life seems to be rusing by right now. Be patient with me if you can. I am still working on them as I can.

Alright, school has started back so I am going to try to get back into making the pouches. I still have some requested from the previous run I will put into this run. All pouches are $60 per pouch plus shipping. For international shipping rates, I will not know the price of shipping till the pouches are finished, boxed and weighed. All payments are made AFTER the pouches are finished and BEFORE they ship.

summer has been busy with 2 small children but I hope to open a new thread list in a few weeks when they head back to school.

Due to summer starting and my kids being out of school, I am going to close the project list and finish those who are waiting on pouches. Once school starts back in a couple of months, I will see if there is interest in re-opening the list.

Just a quick update on pouches. I have had some family stuff going on so I haven't been able to work on any pouches for about 2 weeks now. Last week my very young kids were out of school and this week I have a sick child. This is putting things even further behind and I am sorry. I hope to be able to get some work done soon and get caught up on orders. I just wanted to let you guys know what is going on. This is one of the reasons I don't take payments in advance because I can't gaurantee quick turn-around. Thanks for your patience.

Hey guys, I was looking for pics of people who have purchased my pouches. I was hoping to get some nice pics (for my own collection) of troopers wearing the pouches I made for them, how they 'roughed' them up. I really just want those pics where my pouches (the versions I make) are the only ones that you are using (IE; no mixed 3 slot pouches, etc.). You can post them here or shoot me an email with them. It took about 6 months for me to get my dc-15 long for my clone. The problem comes from the fact that on his site, he says it will take a minimum of 8 weeks and I think there is like a 6 week claims time limit on paypal. I got mine only after emailing him every single day for like a week requesting either my money back or the product. He didn't even respond till about the 6th email.
