Use a liner, this can bought in a hardware store, you can glued to it with abs cement and some pieces of abs to get it fix I did that in my Boba Fett helmet, so its basicaly the same 2. use foam and glue it with hot silicon, it will looks like this: hope it does help you!

belive it or not hehe, I was helping my mom in the kitchen and I found a very very old tupperware can, just like the one we use I have searched for it everywhere without finding one, and voila! I have already one.... the downside was that my mom now that she find it, she is using it and I can get it until she trow it away so I´ll have to wait for....
